Shipping and Installation

• Waterdrop.ae will install all RO and TSU filter systems using specialized trained technicians.
• Normally it can take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours to install each RO water filter.
• Delivery and installation appointments will be booked in advanced and must be Monday to Saturday between 9am to 4pm.
• A household member must be present for the delivery and the installation to ensure they sign the job form.
• Unless you have opted for a dual faucet, all RO water filter faucets require drilling a hole in your existing kitchen sink or counter top.
• The customer must ensure the cabinet under the kitchen sink is clear of other items during the installation process.
